Who is responsible

Allen Chen, an individual operator based in the People’s Republic of China, is the data controller for Natock at natock.com. Privacy requests can be sent to infinitetideslab@gmail.com.

This policy describes the current free release.

What is processed

Game progress. Your choices, scores, hints, completed stories and dates are saved in local storage on your device. The current application does not upload these records to a player database. We do not ask for your name or email to play.

Web requests. Cloudflare hosts and secures the site. Your IP address, requested URL, time and browser/network information are processed to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Natock does not maintain an application-level visitor log or behavioral analytics database. Cloudflare may retain its own service and security records under its policies.

Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any information you choose to provide. Do not send card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Payments. The public site currently creates no orders and collects no payment information. When sales open, Waffo Pancake will process checkout and payment information, and Natock will need order/status records to grant access and handle refunds. We will update this policy with the implemented data and retention practices before enabling purchases.

Browser storage and your choices

Natock uses first-party browser storage to remember play progress. These records remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. Clearing them does not create a second daily company: the server still selects the same company for everyone.

There are no advertising pixels, cross-site tracking cookies or embedded third-party analytics in the current application. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

You can also clear site data through your browser. Close other Natock tabs first if you want to prevent those tabs from saving progress again.

Why we use information

We process necessary requests to provide and secure the service, and correspondence to answer questions and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the grounds for this processing are providing the requested service, our legitimate interests in security and support, and compliance with law. Any processing that requires consent will be optional and explained before it starts.

Playing does not send your answers to AI or financial research providers. Sources are used to prepare editorial content, not to build player profiles.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting and network security. Google/Gmail handles messages sent to our support inbox. They may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. The operator handles support from China. Applicable provider terms and legal transfer requirements govern such processing.

Source links take you to independent websites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. Sharing a result is initiated by you: Natock copies result text for you to share and does not automatically publish it.

Retention and security

Game progress remains on your device until cleared. We keep support correspondence for up to 24 months after an issue is closed, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. No production payment records are created in this release.

Hosting providers may retain their own security or operational records under their published policies. We use HTTPS, limit administrative access and avoid collecting information the game does not need. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact infinitetideslab@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner if applicable law requires.

We may need limited verification to protect your information. Because game progress is stored locally rather than under a user account, we cannot retrieve it remotely; use the clear-progress control or your browser settings.

Children and policy updates

Natock is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact infinitetideslab@gmail.com if you believe a child has supplied personal information.

We will update this policy when data practices change. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect when reasonably possible. The effective date is shown above.
