Refund policy
A seven-day window to decide whether the collection is for you.
Purchases are currently closed. Daily play is free, and no real payment is taken on natock.com.
Seven days to change your mind.
When Volume 1 goes on sale, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after purchase, even if you have played part or all of the collection. There is no subscription or renewal to cancel.
If something goes wrong.
We will refund a verified duplicate charge. If a technical problem prevents access and we cannot fix it within 48 hours after you contact us, you may choose a full refund. These protections also apply outside the seven-day change-of-mind window. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
How to request a refund.
Email infinitetideslab@gmail.com from your checkout email address and include your order reference. A short description helps us resolve technical problems, but no reason is required for a request within seven days. Do not send card details.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. When sales open, approved refunds will be returned through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Your provider determines how long it takes for the money to appear; we will share the refund status available to us.
After a refund.
Paid collection access ends. Your free daily story remains available. If you still cannot access a confirmed purchase, contact us before paying again.
